 Shelley started practicing bodywork in 1997 after graduating from Utah college of Massage Therapy.  Windswept was realized in 2010 after many years working in corporate, clinical & Spa settings. She brings years of diverse experience to the table. She specializes in therapeutic deep tissue, prenatal massage, myofascial release, cupping and trigger point massage all with the intention of relieving muscular pain and dysfunction. Her certifications include 200 hours of certified yoga training, and is a licensed Esthetician. She enjoys helping her clients achieve healthy bodies & confident skin.

 Graduated from Salem Teikyo University with a double major bachelor’s in Athletic Training and Public Community Health. Developing a passion for the therapeutic and rehabilitative benefits of massage, she pursued massage therapy school. In addition to massage, Stephanie has worked for a chiropractor and was an instructor for classes such as anatomy and physiology.  Stephanie is North Carolina State licensed, Nationally Board Certified, and has been practicing massage for over 20 years. “I enjoy integrating my knowledge of anatomy and physiology, sports medicine, and diverse modalities of massage therapy into each and every session.”

My name is cassie Jones a graduate of Cayce Reilly school of massage. I am very passionate about my work. I integrate many techniques into my bodywork. Depending on your needs I include cayce Reilly, gastro massage, deep tissue, myofacial, light stretching, lomi lomi, trigger point, reflexology, hot stone, hydrotherapy, prenatal and postpartum massage. I love what I do and helping everyone destress with a relaxing massage.

Mary has had an interest in therapeutic massage healing for over two decades. She attended the Virginia School of Massage in Charlottesville and graduated in 2003 with specialties in Swedish, Myofascial release, and Deep tissue massage. After which, she practiced with a chiropractic clinic and day spa.  After a break from massage to focus on growing a family, Mary has returned to massage and brings her talents of intuition, and healing touch to Windswept Spa.

Debbie Godwin LIc Cosmetologist #13465
Debbie Godwin, a native of the Outer Banks graduated from Von Lee International School of Aesthetics in 1989. She has 32 years of experience within the clinical and spa settings. Her specializations include: facial mapping, lymphatic massage (face, neck and décolletage), and foot reflexology. Debbie loves for her clients to feel relaxed along with their skin feeling refreshed and renewed.
